I am a culinary instructor, personal chef, yoga teacher, health coach, wife, mother, runner, and lover of food. I teach people how to eat, how to cook and how to have healthy relationships with food. I don't believe in calorie counting, weighing food or taking the fun out of eating. My food philosophy is to use seasonal, fresh, traditional, whole foods prepared simply. I’m not reinventing the wheel here. We all know we need to eat “better,” whatever that means to you, it probably does include eating way more vegetables. That’s where I come in. I’ll make you healthyish, home-cooked meals that taste good too.
